Tours are approximately 90 minutes and cover about 2.4–4.5 km, depending on the route.

Comfortable, supportive footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended. Routes may include both paved and gravel surfaces.

Yes. Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, registered guests will be contacted with available options.

Tours are designed with accessibility in mind and may include opportunities for standing, seating and rest along the route. An audio system is also used to help guests hear the tour comfortably. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can provide more information about the route.

Yes. Registered guests will receive tour-specific arrival information and route details before the tour, including the meeting location and Google Maps information.

Yes. Children 12 and under can attend free of charge but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Please include children when booking so they are counted toward the tour capacity.

Only service animals can be accommodated on walking tours.

We understand that plans can change. Refunds are available based on how much notice is provided:
48 hours or more before the tour: 100% refund
24-48 hours before the tour: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before the tour: 25% refund
No-shows: No refund
Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your booking to another available tour date within the current walking tour season.
